1. Hygiene & Health Policy (IMPORTANT) Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we CANNOT accept returns or exchanges on any items once the original packaging has been opened or the security seal has been broken.

2. 14-Day Return Window You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for items in their original, unopened condition. The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

3. Return Shipping Costs For all non-quality related returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our designated international warehouse.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items If the item is defective or damaged, contact us at support@vesperavibe.com within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

5. Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
